Send the donor key (or the EEPROM dump for all-keys-lost jobs) with a copy of the V5 or photo ID, and we post back a programmed, cut key with all existing keys still working. Common questions about keys by mail.
Can you cut the key blade as well as program it?
Yes — for most applications we can supply and cut the blade alongside the programming. Include the vehicle VIN and a photograph of the existing key profile. Certain proximity keys with a concealed emergency blade are supplied uncut; we will advise on a per-job basis.
Do I need to send my V5 logbook?
We require proof that the work is authorised. A photograph of the V5 (or equivalent trade documentation) sent with the package is sufficient — you do not need to send the original. For all-keys-lost jobs, additional ID may be requested.
What if all keys are lost?
All-keys-lost (AKL) jobs are accepted on most platforms. Post the immobiliser module — CAS, FEM, BDC, or EIS — rather than a key, or send an EEPROM dump if you have already read the module. Is this service for trade customers only?
Yes — this is a trade-only service aimed at auto locksmiths, motor traders, and independent garages. Private individuals should engage a local auto locksmith who can use our mail-in service on their behalf.

Order
Select the key service for your platform, complete the form with the vehicle VIN and job type (spare or AKL), and pay via PayPal — or request a trade invoice.
Pack & post the donor key
Place the donor key (or module for AKL) in a padded envelope with a clear photograph of the V5 and your order reference. Royal Mail Special Delivery or DPD tracked — do not use standard post for keys.
Receive the programmed key
We post back the programmed, cut key — along with any original items sent — the same day we receive them. All existing keys remain working unless an AKL job was specified.
Call before you post the key.
If you are unsure which module to post for an AKL job, or whether the platform requires a dealer-level token — call us first. We would rather talk it through than have the wrong parts arrive.
